La Mestiza is located near Volcan Jumaytepeque in Nueva Santa Rosa, Guatemala approximately 1550 meters above sea level. For more than 70 years and 5 generations, the Hernandez family has been growing coffee and just recently began exporting their coffee to the United States. We roasted this washed coffee to be versatile. Delicious on espresso, and delicate and sweet as a pour over. 

Varietals: Bourbon, Pache, Catuai 

Flavor Notes: sweet red apple, chocolate, citrusy finish
